Please submit existing medical reports, laboratory values, histology reports and imaging – the latter preferably in DICOM format. We will clarify in advance whether translations are required.
Can I have a video consultation in advance?

Yes. We can first discuss your findings and a possible treatment by video consultation.
Do I have to travel to Switzerland for the consultation or treatment?

A second opinion is often possible by video. For an operation, we plan your arrival and the required length of stay together.
Will I get support with accommodation?

If needed, we will help you find accommodation near the place of treatment.
Will I be examined again before travelling home?

Yes. A medical check-up is planned before you travel home. We will clarify whether you can already travel or should stay longer.
What costs can I expect?
